- Return Window: You have a 30-day period from the purchase date to initiate a return.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund these expenses.
Refund Tiers: - 100% Refund: Paddles returned in their original packaging, including the grip wrap.
- 70% Refund: Paddles not in original packaging but in near-new condition.
- 50% Refund: Paddles not in original packaging and showing signs of use.
- No Refund: Damaged paddles or those in poor condition.
Returning the Paddle: If you'd like your paddle returned after our assessment, please note you'll be responsible for the shipping cost. - Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 10 business days.
- Recommendation: For a seamless return process, please ensure paddles are sent back in their new condition, complete with all original items.

1. Coverage Period:
120 days for manufacturing defects.
90 days for core material issues, including deformities and layer separations.
2.Eligibility: The warranty can only be claimed by the original purchaser.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please retain and provide evidence of your purchase, such as bank statements, credit card receipts, or order numbers.
4. Initial Inspection: Before your first use, inspect the paddle. Should you identify any defects, please photograph the issue and contact us immediately. Kindly ensure the plastic wrap on the handle remains intact.
5. Warranty Approval: We reserve the right to determine whether a paddle qualifies for a replacement under warranty. Once a paddle is replaced under warranty, it is no longer eligible for future claims.
6. Replacement Timing: If your claim is approved, expect your new paddle to arrive within 10 business days.
